How long do FlutterHabit lashes typically last?
With proper application and care, our multi-day lashes are designed to stay secure for up to 5 days. We recommend avoiding oil-based cleansers to maximize the longevity of the adhesive bond.
Are your products cruelty-free and vegan?
Yes, we are proud to be 100% cruelty-free. All of our lashes are made from high-quality synthetic fibers, and no animal testing is involved in the production of our adhesives or lash sets.
What is your shipping policy for domestic orders?
We process orders within 1-2 business days. Standard shipping typically takes 3-5 business days. You will receive a tracking number via email as soon as your package leaves our warehouse.
Can I return my order if I am not satisfied?
Due to the hygienic nature of beauty products, we can only accept returns on unopened and unused items within 30 days of purchase. Please contact our support team to initiate a return authorization.

How do I remove the lashes safely?
We recommend using our specialized Lash Removal Oil. Apply the oil to a cotton swab and gently saturate the lash line until the adhesive dissolves, allowing the clusters to slide off without damaging your natural lashes.
